Fulfillment of Services

NerdHeadz provides bespoke digital services including software development, no-code development, UI/UX design, project management, quality assurance, and consulting. The fulfilment of services is executed in accordance with individual Service Agreements signed with each client. These agreements define the specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.

Refunds

Due to the nature of time-based and custom-tailored consulting services, NerdHeadz does not provide refunds for services already rendered. However, clients may raise concerns about service quality or discrepancies in deliverables, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, corrective measures or service credits may be issued at the sole discretion of NerdHeadz.

Cancellations

Projects may be cancelled as per the terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement or contract. In general, cancellations are subject to notice periods and payment for any work completed to date.

NerdHeadz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of breach, non-payment, or other material issues, as further detailed in the governing agreement.
