Our project goal was to design and develop a no-code marketplace using Bubble.io for companies seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The platform allows businesses to match with qualified SDRs based on specific requirements and helps streamline their recruitment process.

The challenge was to create a platform that enables companies to efficiently find and hire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based on skills, industry experience, and budget, while also providing SDRs a way to showcase their portfolios and connect with potential employers.

Built using Bubble.io, the platform functions as a marketplace with a matching algorithm for SDRs and companies. It includes features for creating accounts, setting up detailed skills preferences, a portfolio system for SDRs, subscription payments, and an admin panel for managing user activity and assignments.

Key features include a matching system that pairs companies with SDRs based on job criteria, monthly subscription payments for companies, campaign management tools, a CV and portfolio creation system for SDRs, and an admin panel for overseeing the platform, managing users, and handling support issues.
