Our project goal was to design and develop a comprehensive no-code document management platform using Bubble.io for teams across multiple industries. Hardcopy allows users to store, create, and manage documents and forms, with a focus on automating workflows and ensuring compliance.

Traditionally, managing documents and forms can be a cumbersome process, leading to inefficiency, confusion, and potential compliance issues. So, that was the challenge - to create a platform that enables organizations to streamline their document management processes, whether it's for HR forms, legal licenses, marketing rights management, or commercial agreements, while allowing users to automate workflows and track progress in real time.

Hardcopy is a document and form management platform built on Bubble.io, featuring a form builder, workflow automation, progress tracking dashboards, and a smart hub for team collaboration. It natively supports a wide range of document types such as consent forms, policies, contracts, and compliance documentation, while offering customized metadata fields for advanced document control.
