Calendar Management
Organizing schedules, managing bookings, and staying on top of changes required a system that was both powerful and easy to use.
Financial Management
Handling invoices, payments, and financial tracking needed to be streamlined and error-free.
Xero Integration
Flawless integration was required to sync invoices, credit notes, refunds, and bulk invoices for hundreds of students across semesters.
Bulk Session Creation
Setting up repeat classes for multiple students needed smart logic to stay organized and efficient.
The Idea
To simplify financial operations — sync invoices, payments, and refunds with Xero to run smoothly.
Intuitive UX — a calendar management system that was robust yet simple, and an efficient bulk session creation to save time and stay organized.
The use of advanced tools — AI integration using ChatGPT, and automation tools like make.com and Bubble to cut manual effort and reduce errors.
The Solution
Creating AceTuition’s system required precision, collaboration, and adaptability. We used Scrum (Agile) methodology to break the project into manageable phases and ensure that every detail aligned with their needs.
We used Bubble.io for development, Xero for financial integration, and Twilio and SendGrid for seamless communication.
