Before this idea could take off, they needed one thing first—a demo. The goal was clear:

No-code Minimum Viable Product (M.V.P). Responsive web app for a Web3 tokenized real estate marketplace.

Defined Problem

Our aim was to build a platform where users would be able to purchase shares of a real estate property with a crypto smart contract and also be able to buy & sell these shares to each other in the marketplace.

SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE

We were required to design a working prototype that can be used in conferences, exhibitions and in an investor pitch.

CORE FEATURES

We implemented the passbase.com validation protocol to perform KYC user authentication. We also explored a way to connect Aptos Chain to Bubble.io and incorporated two marketplaces within one application. One to get the property listed and the other to buy & sell shares.
