The Solution
When JSL Golf approached us, they needed more than just software.
They needed a flexible, scalable, and user-friendly platform that could adapt to the unique needs of both local and international golf clubs. With a clear vision and focus on creating a golfer-centric solution, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.
Our primary development platform was Bubble, which was chosen for its versatility and speed. This allowed us to build and refine the system quickly. The design took shape in Figma, ensuring the interface was clean, intuitive, and easy for golfers and club staff.
To keep communication flowing seamlessly, we integrated Twilio for SMS updates and SendGrid for email notifications. Xendit provides a reliable and secure payment gateway tailored to local requirements.

1- MVP Launch (October 2023)
- The platform’s first version went live, focusing on the core booking and scheduling functions.

2- Client Acquisition (November 2023)
- With the MVP in place, JSL Golf onboarded its first batch of golf clubs.
- Customization requests from these clubs guided the next iteration of features.
3- Feature Updates (December 2023)
- Added advanced administrative tools, allowing clubs to manage bookings, reporting, and check-ins more efficiently.
- Introduced automatic pricing updates to save time for club managers.
4- Expanded Capabilities (Ongoing into 2024)
- Flexible booking options supported add-ons like buggies, caddies, group packages, and more.
- Additional integrations and system refinements are continuously being developed.
It wasn’t just about coding a functional system. The biggest challenge was balancing scalability with customization. Every golf club operates differently, so the platform needed to be adaptable yet maintain its simplicity.
Since its launch, JSL Golf has grown exponentially. With tens of clubs already on board, the platform is fast becoming one of the top choices for booking systems in Indonesia.
Golfers now enjoy a hassle-free experience, while clubs benefit from streamlined operations and happier customers.
And it doesn’t stop here. JSL Golf remains a work in progress, with new features rolled out regularly based on real-world needs and feedback. What started as an MVP has evolved into a thriving, innovative booking system that promises even more incredible things ahead.
